Hdr projects 5 download8/25/2023 ![]() Oh and while I am doing a bit of a quick start guide don't forget to check out the manual, especially the stuff on Ghosting removal.Īs I said it's a bit of a pain to register (unless you've done one of their tools before) but persevere and you'll get there. Note that HDR Projects 5 has a lot of options and you may need to play around a bit to get a natural looking HDR, unless you fancy doing something with a more unnatural look (although some people are not fans of highly processed HDRs others like the effect). If you have Lightroom that also has built-in HDR support. exe to the desktop and go from there (although IIRC it just saves the result in a "standard" location rather than offering a choice). Note the Nik tool is a Plugin but you can just (on Windows) drag a link to the HDR Efex 2. Another free option used to be HDR Efex 2 which is part of the Nik Tools which were Google and are now DXO, and were available as a free download when they were Google, so might still be around. (Registering if you haven't done it for a Franzis tool before is also an adventure, but the tools are good IMHO.) I like their HDR tool (which you can easily use by taking three bracketed exposures, the correct one and typically ones at plus and minus two stops, allowing you to overcome the limited range of brightnesses cameras support in a single image) and think it is well worth installing. I really like the Franzis Projects tools and some are quite excellent (their B+W converter is the best I know and Sharpen Projects is again excellent once you get away from its default attempt), so I always try to see if I can help people get over the initial learning curve. This not only provides extended recorded times for long form productions or recording events, but gives you the added security of always having a back-up to your camera recording.I wrote this for a previous HDR Projects 4 Pro Giveaway, so I'll just copy it here with a few (err, a bunch, I'm gonna miss my Train) of updates in case it is of use to anyone. SSD media also provides more GB per $ than camera media cards. ![]() A core principle of Atomos devices is to provide much more flexibility in terms of recording codec, resolution, and frame rate than is normally available with internal recording. With Ninja V the only limitation to how much you can record is the size of the SSD. ![]() Alongside SSDmini we also qualify a range of 2.5-inch SSDs that can be used in conjunction with the MasterCaddy III which are required when using the ATOMOS CONNECT. There is an optional SSDmini adaptor that allows CFAST II cards to be used, enabling you to recycle older media cards or align with your camera media. Measuring 8cm long, 7.5cm wide and weighing as little as 88g, the custom-built drive neatly fits into the Ninja V without impacting the overall footprint of the device. The AtomX SSDmini drives are able to record up to 150 minutes of 4K ProRes. They support up to 4TB storage, sequential read speeds of up to 550MB/s and write speeds up to 500MB/s. AtomX SSDmini drives are more compact than standard SATA SSDs and offer an affordable alternative to an SD card of similar capacity or performance. Ninja V supports removable SSD drives which provide the space and sustained performance to meet these needs. The ability to record up to 6K using advanced edit-ready formats including ProRes RAW, ProRes, and DNxHD/HR requires fast, robust, and expansive storage. Optional via ATOMOS CONNECT or AtomX SDI modules Ninja V is designed to maximize the quality of your videos and allow you to extend every aspect of your creative vision. Additionally, if you’re shooting Log footage, the ability to bypass internal compression will offer the best possible dynamic range. Ninja V can record more color information and immediately add value to your production with your existing camera rig. If the camera is able to output video via HDMI, the quality can often be preserved in a 4:2:2 8-bit or 10-bit format. To save space and support longer recordings, many cameras record compressed 4:2:0 8-bit video internally. Ranking of six sigma belts8/25/2023 Other standards have been created mostly by universities or companies with Six Sigma first-party certification programs.Įtymology Normal distribution underlies the statistical assumptions of Six Sigma. In 2011, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) published the first standard "ISO 13053:2011" defining a Six Sigma process. The Lean Six Sigma methodology views lean manufacturing, which addresses process flow and waste issues, and Six Sigma, with its focus on variation and design, as complementary disciplines aimed at promoting "business and operational excellence". In recent years, some practitioners have combined Six Sigma ideas with lean manufacturing to create a methodology named Lean Six Sigma. By the late 1990s, about two thirds of the Fortune 500 organizations had begun Six Sigma initiatives with the aim of reducing costs and improving quality. ![]() In 1998 GE announced $350 million in cost savings thanks to Six Sigma, which was an important factor in the spread of Six Sigma (this figure later grew to more than $1 billion). The term Six Sigma originates from statistical quality control, a reference to the fraction of a normal curve that lies within six standard deviations of the mean, used to represent a defect rate. Each Six Sigma project follows a defined methodology and has specific value targets, such as reducing pollution or increasing customer satisfaction. This is done by using empirical and statistical quality management methods and by hiring people who serve as Six Sigma experts. Six Sigma strategies seek to improve manufacturing quality by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes. Iphone keyboard shortcuts 9.3.8/25/2023 ![]() If you send a video by inserting it in the mail, iOS compresses the video first sending from Photos doesn't compress. You can add attachments from your iCloud drive and from Photos. It's easy to use, but there are a couple of strange features. As with the OS X version, MailDrop just automatically works: when you attach a large file (20MB or larger) and tap Send, you get a pop-up message asking if you'd like to send the file using MailDrop. When sending large attachments, it lets you store the attachment in iCloud (up to 5GB), giving the receiver a link to download the file or, if they're running iOS 9.2 or OS X Yosemite or above, the seamless appearance that the file is really attached. MailDrop is a feature that's been available on OS X since Yosemite. You can read the full list of features on Apple's iOS 9 support page, but I'm going to focus on the most important ones in this review. There's also the same raft of improvements to the OS. Most recently, it was the launch of iOS 9.2, which introduces several bug fixes, including fixing the issue where mail attachments appear over text and where updating iOS can prevent an alarm going off. Minor updates have been made to some of the integrated apps: News has a useful For You section, curated by Apple editors Health shows more on the home screen and works with more third-party apps and CarPlay has better Apple Music integration as well as letting you find nearby points of interest on Maps iOS 9.2Īs with all operating systems, iOS is really a work in progress, with regular updates released throughout the year, building to the next version of the OS, iOS 10. Night Shift certainly makes the screen easier to view at night, with the yellow light not quite as harsh as the default blue mode. You can also flick on the mode with a new Control Centre button. With Night Shift, you can automatically set your phone to shift to a warmer (more yellow) colour tone at night, reducing the effects that screen use has on us. Research has shown that the blue light from screens interrupts our circadian rhythms, which disrupts our sleep patterns. Fortunately, iOS 9.3.1 has been released, which fixes these issues. Protein bars can be a convenient snack option, but it's important to consider the ingredients and nutritional content before deciding if they are a healthy choice,” she says. “I often recommend food first but protein bars can be part of a healthful lifestyle. One more rule of thumb to consider from Kitchens: When in doubt eat real, whole food instead of a protein bar. “When selecting a protein bar, it’s important to read the nutrition label and make sure it fits your dietary needs and preferences,” she continues, adding that a high quality protein bar should contain quality sources of protein-ideally from organic, plant-based sources like nuts, seeds, and grains. “Overall, protein bars can be a convenient and nutritious way to meet nutritional needs and fuel your active lifestyle,” says Kitchens, who urges individuals to look for a protein bar that contains at least 15 grams of protein. “High-quality protein sources include whey, rice, peas, hemp, and egg whites.” In general, Margulies says protein bars can add value to your diet so long as they provide protein, fiber, whole grains, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals, with as little processing as possible. ![]() Protein has very little impact on your blood sugar,” says Margulies. “Protein helps build and keep muscle and helps you feel full. Royal clipper8/25/2023 ![]() Sailing overnight from island to island, the ship anchors during the day in scenic coves and harbors where the main attraction is basking in the warm Caribbean sun, either on Royal Clipper's top deck or along the nearby shore. Indeed, a Caribbean sailing on Royal Clipper has more in common with a yachting trip than a traditional cruise. At two of the six destinations on the trip, there are no excursions at all. At many of the stops on this itinerary, the vessel offers just a handful of shore excursions. John's.Īs compared to cruises on mega-ships, a sailing on Royal Clipper is much more of a laid back affair. Located near historic Nelson's Dockyard, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the latter is far from Antigua's more touristy main cruise hub in northerly St. Other stops include one of the beach-lined coves of Les Anses-d'Arlet, a fishing village along the southwest coast of Martinique that sometimes goes months without a ship visit, and the picture-perfect yachting haven of Falmouth Harbor along the south coast of Antigua. Tendering to shore on small launches, passengers wander the island's single, picturesque village or strike out down the trail to its hilltop fort, named after Napoleon. On this seven-night Caribbean voyage out of Barbados, Royal Clipper anchors off such off-the-beaten-path hideaways as Terre-de-Haut, a tiny French island with fewer than 2,000 inhabitants that's part of the Iles des Saintes archipelago. Just as notable: Royal Clipper's relatively small size as compared to modern mega-ships allows it to access destinations that often are off limits to bigger vessels. Still, the experience is about more than the novelty of traveling on a cruise vessel powered by the wind. They also can pop into the bridge to talk sailing with ship officers. Later in the cruise, Carlson and other passengers will have the chance to help hoist the sails.
